Refund Policy

We accept returns!!
Items may be returned if they are in the original condition. This includes all tags still attached, unworn/unwashed, no marks or stains and footwear in original box.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on jewellery, cosmetics, swimwear, packaged outfit deals or sale items.
Sister Street reserves the right to not accept returns if the items are not in original condition and the item will be returned to you.
You are responsible to cover the cost of return postage. We will process your refund in 2-3 business days after receiving the items. Postage costs will not be refunded, only the cost of the items.
Items must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your items.

How do I return my item?
Included in your parcel is a ‘return my item’ form. If you have mis-placed this form, please email us at mail@sisterstreet.com.au
